Since joining Lifescape Elder Care Law & Estate Planning, LLC in the summer of 2022, Elijah Waugh has grown into his current role as a dedicated attorney serving clients across all stages of planning. He brings a deep commitment to client care and a thoughtful, compassionate approach to estate and elder law. Whether meeting one-on-one with clients or designing comprehensive estate plans, Elijah is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan with confidence and clarity.
Originally from a small town, Elijah values the importance of community and understands that everyone needs guidance and support at different stages of life. He graduated from Bethany College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2024.
Outside of the office, Elijah enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, running regularly, and playing golf when the Kansas City weather allows.
