Elijah Waugh

Law Clerk

Elijah Waugh joined the Lifescape team in the summer of 2022 after completing his first year of law school at the University of Kansas. Elijah serves as a law clerk and paralegal for the firm. From meeting directly with clients to drafting estate plans, he is eager to grow professionally in his legal abilities. Elijah is passionate about serving clients in any way he can and his background in education and customer service blends perfectly with his current role.

Growing up in a small town, Elijah learned early on the importance of community and that we all need help and support throughout our life journey. Elijah graduated from Bethany College in 2021 receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2024. Elijah enjoys spending time with his wife and friends as well as regularly playing golf and tennis.
